- Wings
- 10 to 15 chicken wing pieces
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon McCormick Gourmet™ Organic Ground Coriander
- 1 teaspoon McCormick® Chili Powder
- 1 teaspoon McCormick® Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon McCormick® Ground Turmeric
- Salt, to taste
- Wing Sauce
- 1 package McCormick® Parmesan Garlic Sauce Mix
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon butter
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 For the Wings, preheat oven to 400°F. Mix flour, cornstarch, coriander, chili powder, garlic, turmeric and salt to taste in small bowl. Coat wings in seasoning rub mixture. Place wings on large foil lined sheet pan.
- 2 Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until cooked through, turning halfway to get the wings crispy on both sides.
- 3 For the Sauce, whisk together Parmesan Garlic Sauce Mix, milk, and butter in a small saucepan. Bring to gentle boil on medium heat. Reduce heat and simmer 2 minutes. Remove from heat.
- 4 To serve, toss crispy, hot cooked wings in the sauce, or serve warm Parmesan Garlic Sauce as a dip.
TIPS AND TRICKS
Garnish with chopped green onions or cilantro, if desired.
