Ingredients
- 1 pound mixed nuts and seeds, such as cashews, peanuts, pepitas or sunflower seeds
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut chips
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons dark brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
- 1 teaspoon tomato paste
- 3 tablespoons McCormick® Flavor Inspirations Tamarind Naturally Flavored & Pasilla Chile Seasoning
- 1/2 cup dried mango
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Preheat oven to 300°F. Line large sheet pan with parchment paper. Mix nuts, seeds and coconut chips in large bowl. Set aside.
- 2 Mix butter, honey, brown sugar, lime juice, tomato paste, and 1 tablespoon of the Seasoning in small saucepan. Cook on medium heat until butter is melted and mixture is well blended. Pour over nut mixture, tossing to coat evenly. Spread mixture into an even layer on prepared pan.
- 3 Bake 30 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking. Remove from oven and stir in chopped mango. While still warm, sprinkle evenly with remaining 2 tablespoons Seasoning, stirring carefully to mix. Cool completely. Store in an airtight container.
