Ingredients

  • Cranberry Sauce
  • 1/2 frozen cranberries
  • 1 1/2 ginger ale
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon light brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Stuffing Balls
  • 2 cups cooked turkey, white and dark meat, finely chopped
  • 1 cup leftover stuffing
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries, roughly chopped
  • 1/4 cup leftover prepared gravy
  • 1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Onion Powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Parsley, for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • 2 For the cranberry sauce combine all ingredients in medium saucepan. Bring to boil over on medium-high heat. Reduce to medium-low; simmer 10 minutes or until cranberries burst and sauce begins to thicken, stirring occasionally. Let cool to room temperature.
  • 3 Add all ingredients for the stuffing balls in a medium bowl, mix until well combined. Scoop mixture into tablespoon-size portions and roll into balls. Place on parchment lined sheet tray and bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool 5 minutes before serving with cranberry sauce.
