INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 Preheat oven to 425°F. Place butter in medium microwavable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 15 to 30 seconds or until butter is melted. Add remaining ingredients except nuts; toss to coat.
  • 2 Spread mixture on large, shallow baking pan. Sprinkle with nuts.
  • 3 Bake 20 to 25 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking. Serve warm topping over pancakes, waffles, cottage cheese, yogurt and oatmeal.

TIPS AND TRICKS

Substitution Tip :

Use 4 cups frozen pineapple chunks, cut into 1/2-inch pieces, in place of the fresh pineapple.
