Servings: 28 (2-tablespoon)

Ingredients

  • 2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • McCormick® Nature's Inspiration Food Colors

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 Beat cream cheese and sugar in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.
  • 2 Gradually beat in heavy cream on medium speed until light and fluffy. Color and flavor as desired (see tip below for assorted frosting variations); mix well. If not using immediately, frosting can be stored in airtight container in refrigerator up to 5 days. Rewhip before using.
