Ingredients
- 1 package McCormick® Bag 'n Season® Original Chicken Cooking Bag & Seasoning Mix
- 1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast, halves
- 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons French's® Chardonnay Dijon Mustard Squeeze Bottle
- 1 tablespoon honey
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Preheat oven to 350°F. Arrange opened Cookng Bag in 13x9-inch baking pan or dish. Place chicken in bag.
- 2 Mix Seasoning Mix with remaining ingredients; pour over chicken. Close bag loosely with nylon tie. Cut 4 small holes in top of bag to allow steam to escape.
- 3 Bake in lower half of oven 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Let stand 5 minutes.
