Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon McCormick Gourmet™ Organic Mint
- 1 teaspoon McCormick® Oregano Leaves
- 1 teaspoon McCormick® Whole Thyme Leaves
- 1 pound boneless beef sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 cup grape tomatoes
- 1 medium red onion, cut into wedges
- 2 tablespoons finely crumbled feta cheese
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Mix oil, vinegar and spices in large bowl. Add beef cubes; toss to coat well. Cover.
- 2 Refrigerate 15 minutes. Remove beef from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade. Alternately thread beef, tomatoes and onion wedges onto skewers.
- 3 Grill skewers over medium-high heat 10 to 12 minutes or until beef is to desired doneness, turning occasionally. Sprinkle skewers with feta cheese before serving.
TIPS AND TRICKS
Test Kitchen Tip: If using wooden skewers, soak thoroughly in water for at least 30 minutes before threading with beef, tomatoes and onions. This prevents them from burning when on the grill.
