Ingredients
- 3 teaspoons McCormick® Garlic, Herb and Black Pepper and Sea Salt All Purpose Seasoning, divided
- 1 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 pound thinly sliced boneless skinless chicken breast
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 tablespoons water

- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Preheat oven to 450°F. Mix 2 teaspoons of the Seasoning, panko and Parmesan cheese in shallow dish. Mix egg and water in a separate shallow dish or bowl. Coat chicken with egg mixture, then coat chicken evenly on both sides with panko mixture. Arrange chicken on large shallow foil-lined baking pan sprayed with no stick cooking spray. Discard any remaining egg and panko.
- 2 Spray chicken lightly with no stick cooking spray. Bake 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
- 3 Remove from oven. Spoon marinara sauce evenly over chicken. Sprinkle with cheese and remaining 1 teaspoon of the Seasoning. Bake 5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. Serve with cooked spaghetti, if desired.
