Ingredients
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 1 package casserole rotisserie chicken pot pie seasoning mix
- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 2 cups potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch cubes (about 2 medium potatoes)
- 1 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup frozen peas and carrots
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup baking mix, such as Bisquick®
- 3 tablespoons milk
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Using a whisk, mix stock and Seasoning Mix in 6-quart slow cooker until well blended. Stir in chicken, potatoes, onion and celery. Cover.
- 2 Cook 7 hours on LOW or 3 hours on HIGH.

Stir in heavy cream, frozen vegetables and salt. Mix baking mix and milk in small bowl until it forms a soft dough. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto chicken mixture, to form 5 dumplings. Cover and cook 1 hour longer on HIGH or until dumplings are cooked through.
Test Kitchen Tip: For a thicker sauce, whisk in 2 tbsp. cornstarch with the heavy cream. Prepare as directed.

Slow Cooker Tip: For best results, do not remove cover during cooking.
