Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onions
- 2 packages McCormick® Original Taco Seasoning Mix
- 1 can (14 1/2 ounces) petite diced tomatoes, undrained
- 4 cups water
- 1/2 package (8 ounces) uncooked spaghetti
- 1 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend or shredded Cheddar cheese
- Finely chopped fresh cilantro, optional

- 1 Brown ground beef and onions in large deep skillet or Dutch oven on medium-high heat. Add Seasoning Mix, tomatoes and water, stirring to mix well. Bring to boil.

Add spaghetti to pan, stirring to cover with liquid. Cover. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally until pasta is tender. Remove from heat. Sprinkle with cheese. Replace cover and let stand 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with cilantro to serve, if desired.
