INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a large shallow baking pan with foil; spray with no stick cooking spray. Set aside.
- 2 Mix pizza sauce and Parmesan cheese in small bowl. Unroll crescent dough onto clean work surface, pinching perforations together to seal. Stretch gently into a 13x9-inch rectangle. Spread pizza sauce mixture over dough, then top evenly with mozzarella. Sprinkle cheese with 1 teaspoon of the Italian Seasoning.
- 3 Starting from the long (13-inch) side, roll dough into a log to enclose filling, pinching to seal at the seam. Cut crosswise into 1-inch thick slices, using a sharp knife. Place cut-side down on prepared baking pan. Mix olive oil and remaining 1/2 teaspoon Seasoning. Brush tops and sides of pinwheels with olive oil mixture.
- 4 Bake 14 to 18 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly. Serve with additional pizza sauce for dipping.
