Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 small bell pepper, cut into thin strips
- 1 small onion, sliced thin
- 1 cup frozen corn, thawed
- 1/2 cup McCormick® Santa Fe Style Seafood Sauce
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add shrimp and vegetables; cook and stir 4 minutes or just until shrimp turn pink and vegetables are tender-crisp.
- 2 Stir in Seafood Sauce; cook and stir 2 minutes or until heated through.
- 3 Serve with cooked rice, if desired.
