Ingredients

  • 1 pound tilapia fillets
  • 1/2 cup McCormick® Santa Fe Style Seafood Sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 Preheat oven to 350°F. Place fish in lightly greased baking dish. Pour Seafood Sauce over fish. Sprinkle with cheese.
  • 2 Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.

TIPS AND TRICKS

Substitute red snapper, striped bass, flounder or sole for the tilapia. Round out the meal with Black Beans and Rice.
