Substitutions available / angel hair pasta
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup unseasoned rice vinegar
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon McCormick® Sesame and Ginger Crunch with Garlic All Purpose Seasoning
- 1/2 cup matchstick carrots
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced red bell pepper
- 2 tablespoons sliced green onions
- Simply Asia® Chili Crunch Sauce, optional
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Cook noodles as directed on package. Drain well and cool slightly.
- 2 Meanwhile, mix peanut butter, honey, rice vinegar, soy sauce and Seasoning in large bowl with wire whisk until smooth.

Add noodles, carrots and bell pepper to bowl with dressing; toss to coat well. Sprinkle with green onions. Top with Chili Crunch to serve.
Test Kitchen Tip:You can also swap in the noodles from 3 (3 oz.) packages of instant ramen noodles. Cook noodles as directed, omitting the seasoning packet. Drain well before mixing with remaining ingredients.
