INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 Cook noodles as directed on package. Drain well and cool slightly.
  • 2 Meanwhile, mix peanut butter, honey, rice vinegar, soy sauce and Seasoning in large bowl with wire whisk until smooth.
  • 3 Add noodles, carrots and bell pepper to bowl with dressing; toss to coat well. Sprinkle with green onions. Top with Chili Crunch to serve.

    Test Kitchen Tip:You can also swap in the noodles from 3 (3 oz.) packages of instant ramen noodles. Cook noodles as directed, omitting the seasoning packet. Drain well before mixing with remaining ingredients.
