Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 medium sweet onion, finely chopped
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup plain bread crumbs
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 2 tablespoons McCormick® Garlic, Herb and Black Pepper and Sea Salt All Purpose Seasoning
- 1/4 cup French's® Tomato Ketchup
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Preheat oven to 375°F. Heat oil in medium skillet on medium heat. Add onions; cook and stir 5 minutes or until softened and golden brown. Set aside and cool slightly.
- 2 Mix onions, ground beef, bread crumbs, egg and Seasoning in large bowl. Shape into 4 mini loaves and place on shallow baking pan. Pour ketchup over meat loaves.
- 3 Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until cooked through.
