Ingredients
- 1 package McCormick® Salt Free Taco Business by Tabitha Brown Seasoning Mix
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 pound plant-based ground protein
- 2/3 cup water
- 12 tortillas, warmed
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add plant-based protein; cook and stir about 6 to 8 minutes or until cooked through. (Internal temperature reaches 165°F.)
- 2 Stir in Seasoning Mix and water.

Bring to boil. Reduce heat; simmer 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Spoon into warm tortillas. Serve with desired toppings.
Tab’s Tip: Substitute 5 cups cut-up veggies in place of the plant-based ground protein. Use a combo of bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, corn & cauliflower. Prepare as directed, cooking until tender-crisp.
