Ingredients

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 Place wasabi peas, bonito flakes, nori, sea salt, sugar and red pepper in food processor. Pulse until mixture is well blended and powdery. Transfer to bowl.
  • 2 Toast sesame seeds in dry skillet on medium heat about 2 minutes or until lightly toasted, stirring occasionally. Immediately toss with wasabi pea mixture; cool completely.
  • 3 Store in tightly covered jar in cool, dry place up to 1 month. Use Homemade Wasabi Furikake Seasoning to prepare Spicy Japanese Izakaya Style Grilled Wings.
