Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Ketchup Seasoning from McCormick® Picnic Pack Seasoning
- 2 teaspoons Honey Mustard Seasoning from McCormick® Picnic Pack Seasoning
- 1 teaspoons Relish Seasoning from McCormick® Picnic Pack Seasoning
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 large head Romaine lettuce, washed, trimmed and chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 medium avocado, peeled, pitted and sliced
- 1/2 cup sliced red onion
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Mix mayo, vinegar, Ketchup Seasoning, Honey Mustard Seasoning and Relish Seasoning in small bowl. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- 2 Heat oil over medium-high heat in large skillet. Add ground beef and onion. Cook and stir until browned and cooked through. Drain any excess liquid.
- 3 Place Romaine in large salad bowl. Add tomatoes, red onion and half of the dressing, tossing to mix well. Top with cooked ground beef mixture, avocado and shredded cheese. Drizzle with remaining dressing to serve.
