INGREDIENTS

Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup half-and-half
  • 1 teaspoon Ghost Pepper Ranch Seasoning
  • 1 package (10 ounces) chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup chopped cooked chicken
  • 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
  • 4 hard-cooked eggs, peeled and quartered
  • 1 cup chopped avocado or cucumber
  • 1/2 cup crumbled crisply cooked bacon

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 Mix sour cream, half-and-half and Ghost Ranch Seasoning in medium bowl. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • 2 Place lettuce in large salad bowl or arrange on serving platter. Top with chicken, tomatoes, eggs, avocado and bacon. Drizzle with prepared Ghost Ranch Dressing to serve.
