Servings: 8 (1 cup)
Ingredients
- 8 ounces pasta, such as rotini or penne
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Pure Ground Black Pepper
- 1 cup small broccoli florets
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup sliced carrots
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced yellow bell pepper
- 1/2 cup McCormick® Salad Toppins
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Cook pasta as directed on package. Rinse under cold water; drain well. Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, salt and pepper. Set aside.
- 2 Place pasta large bowl. Add vegetables and dressing; toss gently. Cover.
- 3 Refrigerate until ready to serve. Just before serving, add 1 to 2 tablespoons milk, if desired, for creamier dressing. Stir in Salad Toppins.
