INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Whisk vinegar, oil, garlic powder, salt, black pepper and sugar in large bowl until well blended. Add cucumbers, tomatoes, and onion, tossing to coat in dressing.

Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes or until ready to serve. Toss to mix just before serving. Top with Feta or mozzarella, if desired.
