Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 1 1/2 teaspoons McCormick® Garlic Powder, divided
- 1 teaspoons sea salt from McCormick® Sea Salt Grinder
- 2 pounds russet potatoes, peeled and quartered
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter, softened
- McCormick® Parsley Flakes
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Mix water, 1 teaspoon of the garlic powder and salt in pot. Add potatoes. Close lid. Set Valve to Seal.
- 2 Select Pressure Cook (Manual) cook 8 minutes on HIGH PRESSURE. When done, quick-release the pressure. (Check manufacturer’s manual for safe operating directions.)
- 3 Drain potatoes. Transfer potatoes to large bowl. Add milk, butter and remaining 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. Mash with potato masher or with electric mixer on medium-high speed. Sprinkle with parsley flakes.
