Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 medium yellow squash, sliced
- 1 medium zucchini, sliced
- 1 small red bell pepper, cut into thin strips
- 1 tablespoon McCormick® Minced Onions
- 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Garlic Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Oregano Leaves
- 1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Ground Organic Black Pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add yellow squash, zucchini, bell pepper and minced onions; cook and stir 2 minutes.
- 2 Sprinkle with garlic salt, oregano and pepper; cook and stir 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender-crisp.
