- 1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Ground Nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Garlic Salt
- 1/8 teaspoon McCormick® Ground Cayenne Red Pepper
- 1 1/2 pounds medium asparagus (about 35 spears), ends trimmed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Preheat oven to 400°F. Mix nutmeg, garlic salt and red pepper in small bowl. Place asparagus in single layer on foil-lined 15x10x1-inch baking pan. Drizzle asparagus with oil; roll to coat. Sprinkle with spice mixture; roll to coat.
- 2 Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until asparagus are tender-crisp, turning once.
