- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced

- 1 package McCormick® Au Jus Gravy Seasoning Mix
- 3 cups water
- 1 pound leftover prime rib, thinly sliced
- 5 slices provolone cheese

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Melt butter in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add onion and mushroom, cook 5 to 7 minutes, stirring frequently until softened. Set aside.
- 2 Gradually whisk water into Au Jus Gravy Mix in medium saucepan. Cook on medium-high heat, stirring frequently, until gravy comes to boil. Add prime rib to hot au jus; cook until heated through.

To assemble sandwiches, place cheese slice on the bottom half of each roll. Layer with prime rib and top with onion and mushroom mixture and arugula. Serve with remaining Au Jus on the side for dipping.
Test Kitchen Tips:
•Spread French’s® Dijon Mustard with Chardonnay on rolls before assembling.
•Try using thinly sliced roast beef as a substitute for the prime rib. Prepare as directed.
•Substitute 1 cup thinly sliced bell pepper in place of either the mushrooms or onion.
