Deliciously easy, this sweet and savory simmer sauce comes together in less than five minutes when combined with water on the stovetop. Serve over chicken, steak, seafood, vegetables, or rice.

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 Whisk water and Sauce Mix in small saucepan until well blended.
  • 2 Stirring frequently, cook on medium heat until sauce comes to a gentle boil. Reduce heat and simmer 2 - 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. (Sauce will thicken upon standing.)

    Test Kitchen Tips:
    • Serve over chicken, steak, seafood, vegetables or rice, if desired.
    • For a flavorful twist, stir in a dash of orange juice, cayenne pepper or green onions while simmering.
    Microwave directions: Stir milk into Sauce Mix in microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on HIGH 2 - 3 minutes or until thickened, stirring after each minute. Microwave ovens vary; cook time is approximate.
