Ingredients
- 2 Pork tenderloins, about 1 pound each
- 2 tablespoons McCormick® Grill Mates® Sweet & Smoky Rub
- Juice of ½ lemon
- 2 teaspoons fresh minced garlic
- 1/4 cup oil
- 2 teaspoons French's® Chardonnay Dijon Mustard Squeeze Bottle
- 2 teaspoons honey
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Create the marinade by combining the Sweet and Smoky Rub, lemon juice, garlic, oil, mustard, and honey.
- 2 Pour 1/2 of the marinade on the seasoned pork and place in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- 3 Place the marinated pork tenderloin onto the grill direct heat at 450°F.
- 4 Cook for 15 to 20 minutes or until internal temp reaches 145°F. During the cooking process, turn the tenderloin every couple of minutes onto a new side. While doing so, continue to glaze with the remaining marinade.
- 5 Remove off the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes. Cut, Serve and Enjoy!
