Ingredients
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon McCormick® Perfect Pinch® Rotisserie Chicken Seasoning
- 2 cups cubed cooked chicken
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons McCormick® Salad Toppins, divided
- 1 package (5 to 6 ounces) mixed salad greens
- 1 medium tomato, cut into thin wedges
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Mix mayonnaise, sour cream and Seasoning in large bowl until well blended. Add chicken, celery, onion and 1/4 cup of the Salad Toppins; toss to coat well. Cover.
- 2 Refrigerate at least 30 minutes or until ready to serve.
- 3 Divide salad greens and tomato evenly among 4 serving plates. Top each with chicken salad. Sprinkle with remaining 2 tablespoons Salad Toppins.
