Ingredients
- Honey Ginger Dipping Sauce:
- 1/3 cup orange juice
- 1 tablespoon sliced green onion
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/8 teaspoon McCormick® Ground Ginger
- Sesame Tempura Shrimp:
- Vegetable oil, for frying
- 1 cup McCormick® Tempura Seafood Batter Mix
- 1 bottle McCormick® Sesame Seed
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 3/4 cup ice cold water
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 For the Honey Ginger Dipping Sauce, mix all ingredients in small bowl. Set aside.
- 2 For the Sesame Tempura Shrimp, pour oil into deep fryer, large heavy skillet or saucepan, filling no more than 1/3 full. Heat on medium heat to 375°F.
- 3 Stir Batter Mix, sesame seed, sugar, water and sesame oil in medium bowl until mixed. (Batter will be slightly lumpy.)
- 4 Dip a few shrimp at a time into batter. Shake off excess. Carefully add shrimp, several pieces at a time, to hot oil. Fry 3 minutes or until golden brown, turning once. Drain on paper towels. Serve with Honey Ginger Dipping Sauce.
