Ingredients
- 1/2 package (from 14 ounce box) Simply Asia® Japanese Style Soba Noodles
- 3 tablespoons unseasoned rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 4 teaspoons McCormick® Flavor Inspirations Miso Caramel Seasoning
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon McCormick® Sesame Seed
- 1 cup shredded green cabbage
- 1/2 cup shredded carrot
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced red bell pepper
- Chopped green onions
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Prepare soba noodles as directed on package. Rinse with cold water; drain well.
- 2 Meanwhile, whisk rice vinegar, oil, Seasoning, soy sauce and sesame seed in small bowl. Set aside.
- 3 Place noodles in large bowl. Add cabbage, carrot and bell pepper; toss gently to mix. Divide noodle salad among serving plates. Drizzle with miso caramel dressing. Serve immediately.
